Smoon Lingerie was born in 2019 with the aim of bringing a technical response to women when they need it most. Their mission is to support women at every stage of their lives by providing comfort and performance. Innovation is at the heart of every Smoon project and guides the brand in all its developments.
Challenge.
Following an analysis of their site's performance, Smoon Lingerie realized it was facing several challenges. Firstly, the brand needed to find a way to increase customer reassurance and reduce purchase disincentives. Secondly, it needed to humanize its site. Finally, the brand wanted to reduce customer returns.
Solutions.
Given these particular challenges, Smoon Lingerie turned to JOIN and its Web Stories solution. Web Stories addressed each of the brand's challenges. Thanks to video, customer testimonials and UGC inserted via Web Stories, the brand increased customer reassurance and added a touch of humanization. The Smoon Lingerie team focused on videos explaining product tailoring, which significantly reduced customer returns.
Results.
To test the effectiveness of the solution, Smoon Lingerie set up an A/B test with Web Stories on its product sheets. This test revealed that pages with Web Stories generated 13.2% more conversions, made 21.2% more revenue and had 11% longer session times than pages without Web Stories! Smoon now integrates Web Stories into all its product pages.
