Why do we do this? Because it's time to break the taboos surrounding perineal problems, to raise awareness and help those concerned regain control of their bodies.
Challenge.
Perifit had a major problem with the education of its product. It's a medical product that can be confusing. They needed to create a lot of educational content to educate users. Reassurance was also a clear issue, as this is an innovative product to which the market is not accustomed. What's more, the brand is present in several countries, so it needed to be able to tailor its content to each market.
Solutions.
Faced with these challenges, Perifit turned to the JOIN solution. Web Stories are the perfect answer to their various challenges: they can be very educational without overloading product pages, they are a unique reassurance channel thanks to their authenticity, they don't slow down pages and, above all, they can be easily adapted to several languages.
Results.
Perifit started with an A/B Test by adding JOIN widgets to one of its product pages to compare results. Sales for pages with Stories increased by 5.21%. Following these results, Perifit decided to deploy Web Stories across its entire site. Today, all Perifit product sheets feature Web Stories that educate about the product, highlight a medical opinion, and explain the various features available.
