Overview.

Founder Laureen Schein's personal experience and research into best practices for curly hair led her to create an advice page on Instagram in 2017. Then, to accompany her readers even further, she created the online boutique La Belle Boucle, first showcasing her favorite products, and then also offering her own products. The brand's aim? To help all those with wavy, curly, frizzy and frizzy hair to sublimate and embrace their natural texture!

Challenge.

During a redesign of their site, La Belle Boucle aspired to extend the Instagram experience onto its website. The brand, born of social networks, maintains a close link with these formats. Their community is highly engaged and generates an enormous amount of UGC content, which they were finding difficult to integrate on their site. In particular, the brand was encountering a technical problem, as it was too complex to bring this Story format directly onto the site. Among their challenges, they wanted to remove disincentives to purchase by providing more guidance to customers through "how to use" Web Stories.
