"We use web stories to remove barriers to purchase for our customers: we show them product details in video, examples of outfits, and reviews from other customers. +35% engagement and +60% completion rate!"

Overview.

Launched 6 years ago, KiKiKickz is one of the benchmark sites for sneaker enthusiasts. The brand was conceived with the aim of putting the experience of its founders in the sneaker world at the service of their customers, to make the most exclusive products accessible to all.

Challenge.

KiKiKickz's main customers are young people. At the heart of their daily consumption are the short formats of influencers and content creators. For KiKiKickz, it was a no-brainer to re-use this content on their site, highlighting not only the content of their ambassadors, but also their UGC. The aim: to reassure their customers, who trust this type of content more.

KiKiKickz

Solutions.

KiKiKikckz naturally came up with Web Stories, based on the need to showcase content from social networks. With this format, they were able to put forward reassuring content, such as the "legit check", content that assures customers that they are buying authentic products.

Results.

After adding Web Stories to their product sheets, KiKiKickz noticed a noticeable improvement in the user experience on their site, reflected by the +35% engagement rate. They have been a real success, boasting a 65% completion rate, demonstrating the relevance of this content in helping consumers move on to purchase. KiKiKickz was able to share through its Web Stories, among other things: customer reviews in video format, the quality of its products and videos of unboxing and customer feedback on delivery quality.
