Overview.

Blissim has been sharing its love of beauty with customers since 2011. Their mission? To accompany customers in their beauty purchases so that they are always a source of pleasure, inspiration and discovery. Blissim is the number one beauty box in France, and every month they unearth the cream of the crop, from major brands to little nuggets, to offer new favorites to their customers.

Challenge.

In May 2022, due to a paper shortage, Blissim was unable to print or incorporate its menu into the May box. They were looking for a solution that would be quick and intuitive to implement, but above all mobile-friendly. Blissim called on JOIN to create a format that was both innovative and authentic, offering a new experience for its subscribers.

Solutions.

With JOIN, Blissim designs a QR code integrated on each box menu. Scanning the code takes customers directly to the Web Stories, which now replace the brochure. In less than 72 hours, all the Web Stories are created and the 200,000 boxes sent out. This new format enables Blissim to master the unboxing experience for its subscribers by combining digital and mobile-first content with a physical moment, telling the story of its products thanks to a Blissim expert and promoting complementary products to boost its sales.

Results.

Fifteen days later, the results are already conclusive: 81,000 stories opened, 16,000 clicks on CTAs, 80% story completion rate and over 60% of users validating this new format. In view of the success of this test collaboration, Blissim decided to extend its partnership with JOIN for a further year, and to use web stories as an acquisition lever. Following the implementation of an A/B test, Blissim noted a +5% increase in its conversion rate and a +10% increase in sales with the use of stories. From now on, Web Stories are deployed on a large scale at Blissim.
